People say where was Mcclain...better yet where has Lee been since week 2?

Making 9 tackles and generally covering for McClain most of the game...

And this is not bashing McClain, I am not worried about one bad game. Just answering the question.

Yes he is the best solution. One bad game doesn't make him a bust. Just like everybody was wailing and gnashing their teeth after the first quarter because Cassell didn't look all world.

Some times I feel like calling up a woman beater on some of y'all. Its so easy for y'all to look for the next freak train to come along before you give the one you're sleeping with a chance.

Tell 'em, Sportsbabe! :)

Turnovers aren't happening, tackling has been poor, we have looked bad against the run even with Lee and McClain back.

I gave him a pass when we were thin on D, but we have our starters back. We talk about the offense turning the ball over or going 3 and out, well that same offense has to drive nearly 80 yards on almost every drive due to lack of turnovers. That's with a backup QB.

A lot of blame goes to the DC.

Team gave up 13 points. It should be a win, now the st coach on the other hand.....

I understand people desiring more turnovers and excellence on every play, but the later is just not realistic.
Every great player gets beat or has a bad play.

But I think what is being overlooked here is that the defense allowed only 13 points. Even though we turned the ball over three times - one resulting in a touchdown - we still should have won this game.

Our offense scored 20 points (should have been 24 if not for a bogus call against Street). That should have been enough. The defense did its job, despite being gashed up the middle.

This game was on the special teams unit and the offense, for throwing the pick six. It was not on the defense.

No. I put the blame on stupid posts.

Lee had a bad game as well and Rolando surely assisted in the matter.

Second game back? I give Rolando McClain a pass - as I still fully remember how he played last season. I believe he will be a monster as he rounds into football shape... and then, 'look out NFL'.

Again, you can't continue to expect a team missing the starting QB and WR to drive 70-80 yards down the field.

What helped the Giants win the other day, other than special teams?

I think we've looked bad in the run game because of our DT's and mainly because of the Golden Cock is not requiring double teams to free up Crawford. He is not allowing our playmakers to have an opportunity to be playmakers. Once we get some better talent at that spot it should change this defense. T. McClain going down was a huge blow. The fact that this staff views the GC as a player who commands respect is just mind boggling. They handed this guy a job with no competition he barely has any talent, and he isn't the run stuffer they think he is.

The Cowboys are 5th in rush yards allowed.
