Where's the FB?

Where is the formation that uses a FB? Several teams the Cowboys have faced go to a pro set with a FB to lead. Why Dallas does not utilize a FB ever is beyond me.

And who are you going to take off the field to play a FB who isn't and never has been a lead blocker. Olawale was kept because he performs multiple functions on special teams and performs them well. As a lead blocker he might be slightly better than Shultz as an Hback! But yeah, let's take Cobb or Jarwin or Austin or Pollard off the field to play a FB a position that is much dead in the league!
