Which Draft pick is the most likely to get cut?

I hope all of them make it, but not sure how realistic that is, so if you had to cut one, who would it be?

Marion Barber
Chris Canty
Justin Beriault
Rob Petitti
Jay Ratliff

After hearing BP last week talk about the draft picks I would be surprised to see any of them not make the roster. I say they all do if healthy plus the FA RB Thompson will also make this team.

No way Marion Barber gets cut, hes Pcrcells guy and he has looked fine in camp, and in pre-season he was blocking well and he ran well, but his runs got called back. He showed hes a solid all around back.

I think they all make it, it was a hell of a draft. We got value at every pick, basically none of the ugys we drafted were suposed to be there
:welcome: to the forum. With that username no way you agree with that take.

Well other than tha fact that Thomas is a MUCH better player than Reese, I would agree with you. Besides check the depth chart. Thomas is #2

Pre-first preseason game depth chart.

Everyone stays. I'd be more concerned about being a past draft pick than a current one.

For those of you thinking Ratliff, remember BP likes to rotate Defensive lineman to keep them fresh for the 4th qtr. If Ratliff can play, and all indications are that he can, then he will make the team and be in the rotation. The true glut is at running back. We do not need 4 running backs and a couple of full backs. For those a-train supporters out there think back to when Bill said "Thomas is not a lock to make this team. He needs to show me something on Special teams if he is going to make it.".... or something like that. That tells me that the A-train is the most likely to get cut. My take on the matter.... :D

I think all of the draft choices will make the opening day roster.

It is very possible that A Train gets the axe. He is solid, but has little upside. Thompson is faster and much more versatile. He could become a difference maker that A train will never be.

Several of the guys from last year's draft class/free agency could get the axe (somewhat more likely of late) that I would not have expected to be possible only weeks ago. Possible cuts Thornton (corner), Peterman, and Rogers are possible cuts that I really would not have expected. Last year's class is looking a little bit weaker, but just maybe it is because this draft class is very very strong. I think with my glass half full this is going to be my take until proven wrong.
