I like Wade, so this is kind of a mixed bag here. Truthfully if we could keep Wade on as DC i'd be stoked. In that case my choice would easily be either Bill Cowher or Tony Dungy. I'd prolly say Tony Dungy if he would continue running the 3-4 and not switch to the tampa 2. Otherwise I'd be all over Bill Cowher.

Cowher is my first choice but the one that I know is least likely to happen.

Beyond him I wouldnt mind Dungy, Holmgren, or Gruden. Shannahan would be ok but I'm not nearly as high on him as others.

But if I had my personal choice it would certainly be Cowher.

Give me Ryan. The team has plenty of talent and doesn't need to be rebuilt. What needs to be rebuilt is the attitude. Anybody but Shannahan. Denver figured out he was overrated, and I wish our fans would too. I'll pass on Dungy too. That was Peyton Manning's team, not his. Gruden might not be a bad pick either.

Yeah, the question almost has be more specific. Who do you want to replace Wade now, or after the season? Or if he's fired, who do you want?

If he's fired, I think I'd want Holmgren. But I don't want him fired, because that means we've been successful.

Wade name is on the polling. All I want his success for this team and would like to see that now and if Wade can get this team to where they want to go then I would just as soon stay with Wade instead of hiring other coaches who have been recently fired. I think all are good coaches but none are a sure thing just as Jimmy Johnson was not a sure thing in Miami.

I voted for Holmgren because I would like a good QB minded coach for Romo. In reality, I would probably want Ron Rivera. I still wish we had gone with Rex Ryan over Wade in the first place, but that ship sailed when he signed with the Jets.
