Excluding the IR players they reach injury settlements with I believe. Also, the players had to have been on the 53-man roster at the start of the season. Not sure if players signed after that and later IR'ed would be eligible but I know that if a player is IR'ed during training camp or pre-season before the final 53-man roster is set, they are not eligible to return.

Tough choice between Collins and Tapper, but I'd lean with Collins even if he comes back as depth for the playoffs.

I dont think Tapper can hold up. That back injury seems like something that will flare up at any moment. Collins would be my pick.

Hard to judge tapper since I really don't understand his injury and a toe for an online player is big deal. If one gets healthy in time may be the question

He got an injury settlement and is now a FA. The team never tried to bring him back. Dont know why any team hasnt brought him in for a look.
