LOL GTA San Andreas for the ps2 is the only game that GameStop refused to buy (@ pennies on the dollar) when I'd attempted to sell that outfit back to them,,,it's still laying around here somewhere (man them cops get extra fierce on you when you jack a Lear jet or helicopter,,,:lmao:
I think I recall a jet-pack in that game,,,I loved running over the hookers& taking my money back in that game:lmao2:
Oh yeah, more times than not you would just start causing havoc until it escalated into those extreme scenarios trying to get the 5 star mayhem level. The hooker thing is what really made parents/media go off on it. That game was so extreme it started the "parenting discussion" on video game violence; along with Mortal Kombat where kids like me were doing the "blood code" on Sega Genesis to unlock fatalities.:D

My best bro was big into that (right around the time his wife filed for divorce/ split,,,odd:huh:,,,:lmao:)
He'd have to stay up till like two in the morning for when his bro's in Australia came online for those team death match rounds, he had the blue tooth headset talking to them as they were taking other teams down:lmao:
Sounds like your friend was the type Rockport was warning about (addicted gaming):p I can relate somewhat to that when Full Tilt Poker was up and running (legit online poker) where I had 4 tables running at once. Was making a good side living, but was killing me physically while trying to maintain a standard 9-5, etc.

They are both the same but to me Xbox will have better digital deals and better free games if you have XBox Live.

Also, I think the Xbox Game Pass and having the EA Access also makes it better.

O no, just not a 4k TV Blu Ray. I watch blu rays on PS all the time.
O.k. whew! Glad to hear that,as I've been planning on buying the ps4 but it's just not struck me as something that urgent enough yet,I assume the ps3 games are not compatible with the ps4 system, right?

No unf. They have some subscription based service that lets you play ps3 games on your ps4 but not your original discs.

I'm a huge fan of FPS shooters. I think you can go either way on that. Call of Duty and Battlefield are the popular front runners and can be had on both. I did play a Sony exclusive called Killzone that I enjoyed a lot. As far as action role-playing video games, I think PS4 has the edge. Zero Horizon Dawn (amazing game) and the Uncharted series are fantastic. I also love racing games. I would give the edge to Xbox. Though the new Gran Turismo has grown on me, the Forza and Forza Horizon series are amazing racing games on Xbox. So, man, it is just a tough decision. Save and go both. hahaha

gonna get a new gaming system. Which is better?
Second reply on this board after migrating and it's about video games. Go with ps4. Reasons, games.

Xbox has a history of not supporting their system with quality games, especially when a new system releases they jump ship from the old immediately. There's a huge library of games by Sony that cover several genres. Sure PC has the biggest list but PlayStation is where it's at on console. I would say consider Nintendo as well if you have a family as they have more local family/party oriented games

For those saying games are bad, do you say that hobbies are bad?

I beat Morrowind. But never finished the main story to Oblivion, Fallout 3, Skyrim or Fallout 4

You never truly beat Morrowind
I spent hundred of hours playing both PC and Xbox versions, finished the main quest, got as high ranking as possible in the fighters guild as well as did tons of other stuff. Still think I left stuff to do on the table though.
Funny story, I was out on the eastern side of the map once at a low level, got bit by something that drained all my strength. Had to strip my character down to his underwear and find a npc with a cure. Getting attacked with no armor/weapons was no fun and finding an NPC with the cure took forever. :laugh:Good Times. No TES game has captured my imagination like Morrowind.

I believe San Andreas wouldn’t be traded in by GameStop because the original ones had the “hot coffee mod” which allowed a cut scene in which your character had sex with a naked woman. Pretty awesome stuff but caused a lot of trouble with parent groups and the developer
Had to fix the issue and block the mod from being possible on future discs they made.

In mid-June 2005, a file dubbed Hot Coffee was released that modifies Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. After installing the patch/mod, users can enter the protagonist's girlfriends' houses and engage in a crudely rendered, partially clothed sexual intercourse mini-game.

This feature was disabled from the game before release, but not actually removed. This was discovered by several modders in 2004. Patrick W released a modification (the Hot Coffee mod) to enable it. This was made downloadable for the PCin June 2005 and was released for the PS2 and Xbox soon after.”

I've never played it,those chip-n-seal kids I'd hauled for turned me on to skyrim & I picked up a used copy of the elder scrolls,,, it hooked me.
