I love them both equally. It's like choosing between pizza and cheeseburgers. The college game has the rivalries and every game means something, plus you get to know the players before they get to the NFL. The pros are the best of the best and fantasy football has elavated the game to a new level.

Saturdays-NCAA
Sundays-NFL

We dont have enough bandwidth for all the things I don't like about College football so ill just name the things I do like.

I like how their fans creat crazy atmospheres for other teams to play in, the Rivalries, and all of the other traditions about the game.

College fans are what truly make the sport great.

But the NFL crowds get pretty rowdy and the level of play on the field is far and away better in the big leagues.

There is nothing worse than watching College teams beat up an inferior opponent and their fans think they are the greatest team ever because of it.

I like High School football and the NFL. Kids growing up, and the best in the world.

I liked NCAA when I was in college, but now as someone posted before, it's all about who recruits the best.

Secondly, I will not watch a college game until there is a playoff system in place. I've been that way for about 5 years now. I watched about the last quarter of my alum going up against the #1 team in the nation and beat them. That's all.

It's a freaking embarrasment when women's NCAA badmitton has a playoff system and football doesn't. It's all about the money for the schools and the bowls hosting the games, but if a player gets $5 from a booster directly then it is the end of the world. however, Mom, Dad, and the rest of the siblings can ride around in brand new cars with brand new jobs and EVERYBODY looks the other way.

I love the fact that congress in getting involved when an idiot in charge of the NCAA football program testifies that "the bowl system has worked well for us for the last 100 years." Yeah what the * ever. 100 years ago college football didn't have a hundred billion dollar economic impact. I could go on and on, but the issues have been debated in the media ad infinitum and everytime the playoff system wins out.

Give me my football played at the highest level by the best athletes in the world, NFL baby.

There is nothing like college football when it is a good rivalry.

Michigan vs. Ohio State. Auburn vs. Alabama. Oklahoma vs. Texas. Florida vs. Georgia. Army vs. Navy. USC vs. Notre Dame. Arizona vs. Arizona State. Miami vs. Florida State. Grambling vs. Southern.

The bands.

The stadiums with up to 106,000 people packed in.

The tailgates.

The hatred.

No paid athletes, just pure love of the game and pride on the line.

Fowler, Herbstreit, & Corso.

Headgear.

I love the Cowboys more, but College Football is a better all around game when the passion is high.

If i have the choice between a college and NFL game i'd probably watch the college game unless it's the Cowboys or a NFC East game

I notice those that claim they like the NFL better bring up the talent disparity and the playoffs. If that is all the game means to you then you really do not love football.
Of course the pros are better= they SHOULD be. If its all about talent why all the upsets every year? Watch the college game closely= its more real life since real life is not about parity and the like. Some teams are a lot better then other teams both in the pros and in college. Mis matches happen in both.
Playoffs in college are not that important except to maybe 10-12 teams each year. There are 116 in Div 1-a; and in the other divisions there are m ore and about the same number of teams that the playoffs really matter to. What about the HUNDREDS of other teams? that is why college football is so special= its all about the 90% who will never see the playoffs anyway and the 95% of the players who will never sniff the NFL. Its the rivalries and the craziness of the fans and the students and everything else in the package. As much as I love the COwboys if I had to choose which one I had to give up it would be the NFL all the time.

I only just got into college footbal 2 years ago. I am starting to love it. I didn't like it so much years ago because of that stupid wishbone offense. I hated watching it. Plus way more fumbles. Now college seems much closer to the pro game. Hey it is football and I love the sport. Still, nothing is like the Pros. Though a tight college game is great to watch.
The wishbone offense was a beautiful thing. Nothing better than a QB that can run an option offense to perfection.

The overall experience, either live or in person, is far greater for me in a college game - with college, you'll always be tied to that school for the rest of your life and I think that's what adds to the overall passion level. With the NFL, as people move and transplant during the course of their adult lives, their allegiences could change from city to city, or in the case of Houston and Cleveland, have their franchises relocate.

The one stumbling block with college is the post season issue. Every NFL player, coach, and fan knows what their teams needs to do in order to win a championship - they could list out the criteria that needs to be met and each team controls their own destiny. In college, no such criteria exists, you bascially have win as many games as you can, and then hope some voters believe you are at least the second best team in order to play for a national championship

Put me down for college. There's a good 20 college teams I enjoy watching, can't say that about the pros.

For every one thing you could say is wrong with college football, I could name 2 things that are wrong with the present NFL.

The pro game is a better quality game, but there is nothing like standing in the student section at the University of South Carolina the whole game screaming your lungs out! College footballs atmosphere is like no ohter!
