I would elect A.

It addresses our issues the best.

Phillips is a sound defensive mind, but average head coach.

Under option B, Turner does little except hold Garrett's hand, while entrusting the defense to a passionate, yet inexperienced DC.

Jones needs to put his faith in Garrett where it counts.

Keeping Turner around doesn't afford him the opportunity to shine.

If he is our "Neo", then he needs to be able to prove it.

Before I start this, I KNOW this is not your first choice, but rather the lessor of two evils.

Option A:
HC - Wade Phillips
DC - Todd Bowles
OC - Jason Garrett

Option B:
HC - Norv Turner
DC - Mike Singletary
OC - Jason Garrett

B.....I wont be unhappy with either, but I think Romo and the offense improve by leaps and bounds if Turner comes here...Singletary is an unknown as a DC so there is some risk there, but Garrett as a real OC and calling plays is just as big an unknown

If SF is not really considering Singletary for the DC spot, why should we? Nolan is a good coach and a former DC, I think that should tell you something.
