Two movies come to mind when trying to determine a Super Hero ...
Unbreakable, starring Samuel Jackson and Bruce Willis.
A Security Guard (Bruce Willis) is the sole survivor of a disasterous train wreck. Not only is he still alive after the crash--he's completely unharmed. After this miraculous incident, he's contacted by the mysterious Elijah Price (Samuel L. Jackson), a dealer of comic book art who seems to have the opposite physicality--his bones tend to snap like twigs. As Elijah attempts to help the reluctant hero realize his superhuman potential,
The concept of the movie is that the frail man who helps the Superhero discover His abilities, turns out to be an arch villain. The concept is: For every Super Hero to exist, there must be an Arch Enemy.
And of course the other movie that comes to mind is:
Invincible, starring Mark Wahlberg
or
