Which WR trio would you want?

Coming from a skins guy, I would favor the cowboys side if it wasnt for the cancerous nature of TO. TO and Moss would put up same numbers (Moss more yards, TO more TDs) but with TOs consistancy I would give him the edge.

With lloyd and Meshawn, i would give definite edge to lloyd. Meshawn is getting slower and drops balls and has a me first ego, as well as lloyd but Lloyd can make the insanely great big play.

ARE and glenn.. well glenn really impressed me last year but ARE isnt a WR primarily. He is what put them over the top.

BUT... the fact is the skins core is far younger and has less ego on the team. I mean, how many special team aces have big heads. TO isnt getting younger, glenn had a great year but probably wont do it again, and Meshawn aint what he used to be.. if he was that in the 1st place.

EDIT: I believe though a decent defense would shut down Meshawn and Glenn. They just dont have that explosiveness as does the skins. Actually, now that i think of it, I would have the skins WRs either way.

EDIT2: Its actually funny how similar the recieving of both teams are. Strong TEs, very capable 1 and 2 WRs, good 3s, viable 4s...

..errr go skins!

just the facts man....
Do you often judge players on 1-2 games? How about you look at all the facts. You're not going to find *ANY* credible source that will look at both receiving corps and choose the Commanders. Keep dreaming, homer.

Please, Lloyd has *potential* to be better than Key. Looking at past performance alone this isn't close.

So you agree that 2 out of 3 are better. :D

I think I could say that. I believe the skins core will coexist far better than the cowboys so it doesnt really matter.

So what your saying is the Cowboys receviers would be better but the Skins WR's would be friends?

To answer that question, talent wise i think Cowboys have a slight edge simple because of ARE. Key is overrated and i think has really lost whatever he had which makes up much of the difference b/w glenn and ARE. Yet, that doesnt really matter if they can't coexist... ask the iggles.

Also, the cowboys 3 recievers are all over 30, and for us, santana (28 i believe) is the veteran. We got age going for us.

At age 34, I would rather have Lloyd than Key.
You have to factor in age.

But TO is better than Moss and Glenn is better than El. So overall, we are in better shape.

Moss Randle El Loyd

Can I have a choice that doesn't involve our bitter rival or a punk-*ss receiver that I don't want as a Cowboy?

Because as it stands, I'll take the group that doesn't have TO on it. But I ain't saying it out loud, because that hurts too much.

Just remember you got Lloyd cheap because his coaches and team-mates hated him.

Who cares....I'm pissed at the Cowboys for NOT signing anyone of significance.
I'm interested in hearing who we missed out on that we were interested in besides Longwell. Not your personal plan just the Cowboys.

For the record, the combo of Keyshawn Johnson, Terrell Owens and Terry Glenn is the much better trio.

True, but I think we will keep him happier here. He didnt have anyone to throw it to him, but because he got thrown so many bad balls, it made him look 100x better.

I could make the same baseless arguement about TO.

No because TO can never be satisfied. If he goes to the SB 1st year and gets monster numbers from McNabb and still *****es, i think there is a problem.

If lloyd moans about Alex Smith (threw 1 TD all season) and SF musical chairs QB, I think he has a legit point and will be much happier if he gets a few more passes thrown his way.

The 'rap' on Lloyd is that he's more interested in being a rapper than a football player.

In other words, you don't know that Lloyd will ever be satisfied by anything either.

TO moaned about money - which in his warped world translates to respect. He never really said anything about his numbers or lack thereof.

My point is given the information we have, you can't definitively state that Lloyd will be happy in Washington, or TO won't be in Dallas.

Not sure how Randal is going to feel being permanently stuck in the #3 spot either. He made it quite clear when FA opened he considered himself much more than that, and his contract certainly backs that up. Are there enough footballs to go around in a Portis-first offense?
