Collinsworth mentioned during the game that Brooking hit somebody in the secondary after mouthing off during practice. Who do you think it was?

My guess would be Scandrick.

That is a sign of being a leader.

:starspin

What he didn't mention was that said DB proceeded to beat the crap out of Brooking....just kidding! :)

T-New.

LOL if this is true.

Brooking never said a word to the corner who mouthed off. On the next play, Brooking ran straight back and leveled the corner.

That's hilarious if true.

Brooking's a nut, but it's always good to have those guys if they're being leaders(like Brooking) instead of the ones being in need of leadership.

No kidding. My jaw dropped when Collinsworth talked about Brooking doing that. I LOVE IT!!!!

I heard about this really early in the season and if IIRC it was Newman.

He definitely said 'secondary'.

...be true what everyone is feeling good about is that someone on the Cowboys cares enough about the performance of the team to get in someone else's grill.

It acknowledges that the state of the team was not conducive to team play and accountability.

Small things like this are the baby steps to transforming the culture of the team and cheers to those players who have bought in...we fans are the beneficiaries of the courageous work of the team heavies.

Yeah but the local media would've spun this as Cowboys locker room in turmoil and about 60% of our fanbase would've bought into it.

There would be a 25 page thread on it and the TO apologists would've been saying I told you so.
