You do not have a number 1 WR, you have 2 2s. You have multiple holes on the OLine, you would lack an actual back who is a chain mover and a pass blocker (Pollard actually has a contradictory skillset in that he is best used in passing situations but he cannot pass block so he is a liability there). You also have holes in every level of the defense. You have holes on the OLine. You are likely going to be, going into next year, hoping your 2nd year TE who was a day 3 pick is going to be any good so likely a downgrade there as well. Wasting one of your day 1 or day 2 picks on a RB is a disaster.

Basically the team needs OLine, DLine, LBs, secondary, and if they can find it a number 1 WR with room to upgrade at TE and RB. That is a lot of needs to be using a high pick on a RB.

Dont agree on linebackers, Lamb or secondary. TE I like.

Oline, Dline and RB needs to be the focus.

There is no way they are taking a QB buddy. Makes little sense and Jerry will never do it.

Anyone that thinks QB is the problem in Dallas is way off. NO QB is going to have success with a bad line. When Gallup gets back the WR room is fine. Need new RB's and fix the line.

Nothing will help unless the Oline is fixed. We saw that last year with Cooper. Doesnt matter unless your line can block and you can run the ball.

Right now it is a two deep zone rushing 4 and flooding the passing zones with nickel defense. Throw on top of that little time to throw and lots of Oline penalties and no QB is going to have success here.

First priority is to fix the Oline and the run game. I would expect him to draft Olineman and RB's.

I would do the following:

1. Cut Zeke
2. Use the savings to resign Pollard and or Kareem Hunt
3. Draft a RB in the 2nd or 3rd round

1a. Use another first round pick on an Olineman. On the off chance that we have a top 5 pick and there is a stud DT there, take him!!!
