Mean Joke or Prophetic Vision?

These and many other mysteries shall be answered tonight on...

No one goes into the HOF as anything other than a HOFer. His Dallas contributions will be noted same as his 49ers and Eagles contributions.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame CAPITALIZES the name of the player's team which they determine a player had achieved the majority of his career achievements with. That's the only question which I have about his eventual enshrinement. My money's still on SAN FRANCISCO.

My moneys on Oakland. Al Davis signs him as HC, OC, QB and WR.

Then he can whine at himself.

I honestly think it depends on how desperate a team is for a WR.

Lets look at the dynamics of the situation.

T.O. is old and on the decline. The guy has serious character problems and he is not going to be signed for a cheap price. If he gets cut by us that will be 3 teams that have let him go because of his character problems. Do you really think with all that in consideration into what his value is right now that a team will honestly sign him to a 2 or 3 year phat contract?

Numbers say otherwise. He had one of his best years with us. Romo missing games was the only reason he didnt have another GREAT season.

His "character issues" usually stem around losing. As a matter of fact thats the only time I remember him having issues... anywhere."

Seattle. WCO. WR is their #1 priority. Greg Knapp has actually been one of his few advocates in the NFL coaching circle. One of the reasons Jim Mora Jr. was booted out of Atlanta is because he let Vick and Dante Hall get away with murder, so he should get along well with TO. He just won't get nearly as much money as he's accustomed to, because I don't see any other suitors other than maybe the Raiders, but he'll be making off with all of Jerry signing bonus from last year's extension so he probably won't care that much.

TO will get suspended 3 games into next season for conduct detrimental to the team. Cowboys will then release him and he will go into acting after being unable to land another contract under his terms. He will then co-star as Robin in The Dark Knight 2.

I'd trade Owens for Santana Moss straight up, and I really like Terrell Owens.

TO will retire as a Dallas Cowboy, possibly after the 2009 season.

I doubt he will retire before he reaches Jerry Rice record .

2nd place: Oakland

He has 2 more good years left, and about 3 stat-padding years left after that.

The Cowboys is the last "Pro" team the Cancer will play for. There is a slim chance that Al Davis might pick him up but I doubt it.
Dump him and flush twice it is time for the Cancer to go. To all of you thinking we would get some draft picks for him I can tell you nobody wants him. We will get nothing, Nada, Zip.

Robin??? Not hardly. Terrell Owens' character has Killer Croc written all OVER it.

I believe he's here through the 2009 season, unless we win the Super Bowl and go on a run. Then I could see him here 2-3 more years total.

Lets not mistake things, when our offense is running right, TO is a big part of that. We're only frustrated now because our offense wasn't running right this last season and thus we weren't privileged to see what TO does. Those first 2 seasons with us though, he was a madman on fire. And he'll return to that once things here get back on track.

We need to just quick the speculation where TO is concerned and get to what's really wronging this ship. Coaching and Romo. And the only way to fix one is to replace the other. We MUST find a coach that can turn Romo into the type of leader we need! Otherwise, might as well just get rid of them all, Romo, TO, and anybody else we want to send the axe to, cause we won't win nothing anyway if the status-quo remains.

That would be fantastic.

There would be nothing sweeter than to get to beat the Commanders and T.O. all at once. Owens and portis ganging up on the coach and qb would be a joy to watch happening from a distance.

He'll still be here this season, I don't see any reason to believe otherwise at this point.

But in the spirit of this 'what if' thread I'd say if we cut him that Washington would probably be the biggest player for him.

TO will be with the Cowboys in 2009, book it. Offseason meeting where Jerry tells him to shut his big fat yapper is coming (along with quite a few others).

Once Jerry puts the clamps on that exceptionally large pie hole, the on-field contributions will be the only thing talking.
