Bette Davis (I never thought her acting was particularly good, but I find her compelling to watch)

Anthony Hopkins

I have to admit, modern female actresses annoy me for some reason.

Of the young actresses I really liked Jennifer Lawrence but she seems to have fallen off a cliff; really terrible choices of roles the last 5 years or so.
Emilia Clarke impressed me incredibly with Game of Thrones.

Gotta be blunt not many young actors impress me; outside of Matt Damon (should have won the Oscar for the Martian)

James Cagney anyone?! Maybe too old school. There are so many great great actors, but it usually helps if the movie is iconic as well.

I looked at again not long ago; wow was he young but the talent was there to see.

Its like looking at the early film of all great actors- you can see it.

I thought it was a good plot. I don't actually know, but it seemed realistic for how things might go for a card player/cheaters like that
