McFadden or Morris?

I haven't watched too much of Morris except when the Cowboys played the skins. I know he's a good downhill runner but I'm not too sure how well he can block. If it turns out McFadden is the better blocker, maybe Morris starts and DMC comes in on 3rd down and passing situations.

Either way, I see them evenly splitting carries as the skill set each one brings is different. DMC is speed and Morris is power. I think whoever is the better blocker and who can pick up the blitz better will be the 3rd down back, as bass ackwards as that seems.

I think McFadden. Bigger, faster, can catch, proved himself last year. I'm not thrilled with either. Knowing McFaddens injury history though, it wouldn't surprise me if Alfred eventually takes over and doesn't give it up

I'm not going to be thrilled with either as the starter would love to see a great back running behind our OL. We'll have to see how the draft plays out and who emerges this summer. Whoever starts I don't expect them to be a bell cow with what we currently have we need a solid rotation. One area the team has to improve on is short yardage/3rd and one. We need to add a back who can push the pile and help move the chains in short yardage situations.

No matter who is on the roster, or even if they draft Zeke, it'll be a committee.

Morris is a better fit for our ZBS tendencies.

McFadden is nice burst off the bench for 10 carries or so.

I wouldn't count on Dunbar being back at all.
We still need a draft pick and/or Turbin type vet.

I can see McFadden as the starter and Morris as the closer, much like Marion Barber was. It will be great to watch him grind down the opposing D in the 4th quarter.

The same way I told people all last summer McFadden would do good here, I'm saying it now about Morris. He is going to replace McFadden as the starter and be a legit bellcow back

McFadden with Morris spelling and getting more of the dirty yards.

Why wouldn't Dunbar be back?
