Just wait for the headlines of who Dallas will hire. If it's a Witten or Kellen Moore type. It'll be more of what we saw the last 30 years. Deion??? NO! Talk about a circus. I myself want a tough defensive coach -with a great OC. Hopefully he starts with moving the team back to Texas for full training camp from day one. I see this. I just don't see why you'd upgrade a guy you basically fired as your OC. Then re- hire and promote him to HC. Makes no sense.

Brian Flores has said he will interview with any team willing. He’s already had two coaching interviews. He said he’s bringing Josh McCowan as his OC.

Now that’s a dude I can get behind. What he could do with Micah and what Josh could do for Dak would be awesome

i like this combo. problem is you hear great things in the 1st couple of years. but his head got big and he alienated players and coaches and oissed a lot of people off. same with mcdonald’s he’s genuinely like at first but arrogance rubs people wrong and players stop playing for him.
