Just wait for the headlines of who Dallas will hire. If it's a Witten or Kellen Moore type. It'll be more of what we saw the last 30 years. Deion??? NO! Talk about a circus. If Jerry hires a no-nonsense coach. A guy who will install toughness and bring about accountability. Then I'll get excited. He brings another puppet in. 30 more years of the same crap. I myself want a tough defensive coach -with a great OC. Hopefully he starts with moving the team back to Texas for full training camp from day one. I see this. I'd be saying "yea baby" change is here. I just want more toughness like it was under Jimmy and Tuna. Pete Carroll for an oldee. Detroit OC as a youngee....Just don't want soft butt coaches like a Moore would be....Talk about being soft as tissue.

Rumor was that Jerry wants a babysitter. Jerry wants someone to come in so he still can meddle and decide who comes and goes on the staff. Low balling McCarthy on years and money. Jerry is one cheap clown when it comes to paying his coaches. My take? Jerry will go with a blue light special type of coach. Not going to be fun-guys...

Brian Flores has said he will interview with any team willing. He’s already had two coaching interviews. He said he’s bringing Josh McCowan as his OC.

Now that’s a dude I can get behind. What he could do with Micah and what Josh could do for Dak would be awesome

the coach we get....will not be one of the most sought after coaches this offseason.
 
Why would any coach with other options want to work for JJ? Seriously take the blue shades off and look at the organization and how it’s structured?

1. Bad GM who has zero accountability.
2. Owner / GM that desperately wants to be the face / voice of the franchise so he is constantly in front of cameras. This undercuts the coaches authority.
3. Top heavy roster with a few stars taking up a ton of cap room leaving little depth.
4. An owner who doesn’t respect the coaching staff which is reflected in poor pay and stupid statements about incentive based contracts.

Doubt Jerry will hire a guy who has an open lawsuit going against the NFL.
 
Who does Jerry hire first…HC, OC or DC? Whoever is the new coach won’t have that luxury.
