Who Presents Emmitt?

It isn't about need. It's about the level of respect our greatest players have for the man. It's really a shame our fans [strike]can't[/strike] wont' recognize that.
Moose is a very big reason why Emmitt was able to play so long. Emmitt preferred (demanded?) that he have a lead fullback to clear some of the debris away....and he had one of the very best.

I would like that very much. Might be the closest Moose ever gets to being there since the HOF is too stats driven.

:starspin I would like to see Moose present him as well, that would be very fitting, IMO.

"Cowboys Have Always Been My Heroes" by Peter Golenbock is the best book on the Cowboys ever written or likely to be. "Time Enough to Win" by Roger Staubach is excellent as well.

Yeah, I got "Time Enough to Win" through Scholastic in elementary school. That was a great book. Wish I still had it.

With Roger, the Cowboys were never out of a game until the clock read 00:00.

I bought my copy on e-bay for 2 bucks. Go get another one man. You'll never regret it.

In his defense, he's only 16. When I was his age, I was locked in my room with a copy of National Geographic.

Do you really think people don't know?

Here's one for you. Who was "Little Pudding" and who gave him that nickname?

As this never got answered I'll say it was Don Meredith who called Walt Garrison Little Pudding.

What was Bob Lilly's nickname when he played for the Cowboys?
