In all honesty ...I'm a football fan who happens to be an Eagles fan. That said, I'm learning as much as I can to increase my football saavy. Knowing that, most fans should want to know as much about their opponent as they can.

I'm not challenging you, but, I may just know more about your team than you realize.

If Jacob Rogers is in the league still he won't come back to haunt anybody. My point was not that he would come back to haunt Dallas; it was to point out that his not panning out in Dallas has contributed to a void that is left on our OL's depth chart. It's that lack of OL depth that is more likely to haunt Dallas in 2006 than any specific players we cut or lost in free agency. I'm not worried about any of the guys we lost returning against us with their new teams. I am most worrried about injuries to our OL starters and not having the depth to fill the holes.**

If the only good thing you can say about your team is that they're deep in mediocre "depth", you're in rough shape.

And who are you to judge the Cowboys' draft as mediocre anyway?

Yours was great because you go two "name" players who plummeted through the rest of the league's draft picks for some reason?

Let's see:

Lost Burgess (who led the league in sacks) and added Darren Howard (who had all of 3 sacks last year), net improvement? I don't think so.

Lost Corey Simon and drafted Bunkley to replace him. Net improvement? I don't think so.

Seems like they're treading water in Philly - at best.
