I’m all for a trade for an OG and/or BIG RB. We’re close but any ability at all to be able to convert 4th and 1-5, would be great. I’m a big fan of the Cowboys ability to draft but I’d be lying if I didn’t say this is very 2009 to me.

I’m at a 8 with my panic for the run game. After training camp I’m all for a 1-3 round trade for a OG and/bulldozer RB.

We adapt the Eagles' QB sneak formation and it doesn't matter. Every short-yardage play turns into a rugby scrum around the league.

Depending on where you are on the field that’s the best play call. Also depends on the opponent. If you are mid field the risk is minimal. If you are playing a weak offense punting can be the best move. Why risk a short field

We got a tough nosed little FB now, at 6' and 236lbs if he doesnt show signs of getting that job done, than we start talking to a cheap Zeke.

With the backs we currently have and some of the concerns on the OL we better not think about running the ball on 4th and 2. You can’t have someone dancing around back there looking to bounce it outside trying to find a crease, you have to be able to run over some people.

I think Elliot will be back on a cheap deal with player incentives. If not we picked up a undrafted RB. But watching his tape I didn’t see him getting a lot of contact or bouncing off a lot of tackles. He seems to follow his blockers and hit holes. And they threw a lot to him. I can see is finding use for him. But he isn’t Marion Barber.
