That’s is just factually untrue. Zekes ypa jumps up by almost 2 yrds on short yardage situations.
Zeke averaged a career low 1.7 yards after contact. He just wasn't very good
He pretty much ran into bodies and fell down on numerous occasions

There will be substantially more 1st and 10 counts, who cares.

Man, that would be something with these weapons.
Yep, thunder and lightening.
Also, want the Brandon Cooks type deal where they pay half his salary. Maybe we toss a fifth or sixth round pick at them.

You must not have been looking very hard because he picked up a lot of tough yards last season. He had almost 900 yards rushing in 15 games and it’s not like he was breaking off long runs to get those yards.
I've stated before, maybe we have different definitions of tough yards and power. Low production does not equal short yardage specialist to me.

It just means Ivory Spring fresh washed up.

We have different opinions and I’m not going waste anymore time with this. We just better hope we find someone who can take over his role effectively or it’s going to lead to some big problems.

I’m all for a trade for an OG and/or BIG RB. We’re close but any ability at all to be able to convert 4th and 1-5, would be great. I’m a big fan of the Cowboys ability to draft but I’d be lying if I didn’t say this is very 2009 to me.

I’m at a 8 with my panic for the run game. After training camp I’m all for a 1-3 round trade for a OG and/bulldozer RB.
Dak...tom Brady did it all the time

Spread the D out and make them defend the entire LOS. Time to go from predictable to make them consider all options.
This.

One of my favorite interior blocks is simply making the defender line up wide to cover a receiver.
Similarly, *another* runner threatening to get the ball and take the run elsewhere takes *more* defenders out of the play than that one runner can possibly block.
Garrett was always a "max blocking" kind of guy. I'm more of "max threat" kind of guy.

Defend the entire LOS is a start.
Attack the entire field in space *and* time is what an offense should aim at.
