Won't really matter who Jerry hires if he doesn't let the new coach bring in his own staff there is absolutely nothing to get excited about. The only coach that would have that type of influence would be Belichick.

Hed have to be stupid to come here
He's already been here and it is a step up for him. I don't want Moore but I agree with Troy that Jerry isn't going have his pick of coaches. So, who else is coming? Jerry needs a young OC who views the job as a step up the career ladder.

Has anyone mentioned Bob Stoops yet? He is the last Pro Head Coach to win a Championship in Dallas. I think given what's available, he is as good or better than anything out there currently.

were the most valuable franchise, we should have good competent people running this team from top to bottom, personally i like O’Connell and even the Cinncy coach but McVay is still tops for me.
None of those guys would touch this dumpster fire with a 10 foot pole.

I think Jerra is going to do a few interviews in order to buy time for the Squealers to dump Tomlin. I'd actually be okay with that. I think he's a good coach but everything is stale for him in Pittsburgh right now. He needs a change of scenery.

Hire Bill Parcells as GM and Bill Belichik as Head Coach.
I’ve always been a big fan of Bill Parcells, but his time is almost due. Is that I don’t think he’s gonna be with us much longer. He’s not in good health and definitely in the final stages of life.

you can't be serious? Steelers aren't letting Tomlin go anywhere, and even if he were to come available, this cheap organization would never out bid anyone for his services.

My outside the box guy I want that will never happen is Vikings OC Wes Phillips. Obviously has connections to his Dad and Grandfather Wade and Bum Phillips, but has also coached under Sean McVay and Kevin O’Connell.

Pair Phillips with a vet DC with head coaching experience like Saleh, Dennis Allen, Steve Wilks, or Eberflus.

No more old retreads or former Cowboys. Actually make an attempt to go find the next great coach.

I'd like this, as a shot in the dark that has some good reasoning behind it.

Too old for me honestly. I want some angry young blood in the halls.

Flores stood up to the league so he he would have no issue standing up to Jerry

Saleh would command the respect of Micah and the other vets.

Lincoln is an offensive genius who can’t coach a defense so keep him where he’s good.
Lincoln or any other OC won't get Dak out the shotgun every play

Jon Gruden
Nick Saben

Remember we need an entirely new staff.......experienced and tough. Give them the key and stay out their way

The fallback is Kellen Moore......just make sure he as a strong DC and assistant HC ( Jason Witten ) to keep players in line.
Saban, maybe but I’d really rather stay away from the Gruden mess.
