Put your preference in here.

My hope is Jon Gruden. Comparable to McCarthy. He fits what Jerry is looking for other than he probably wants to be paid fairly.
more than who, what type offensive minded, defensive minded, or an actual head coach with the offensive and defensive coordinators

Everyone remember what a completely healthy Saints offense did to Dallas last season . Scored in like 7 straight possessions . Zimmer MM had zero response .

Klint Kubiak OC under fired Dennis Allen is out there and Jerry you don’t even have to ask a team involved in the playoffs permission . Pick Kubiak’s brain Jerry you might even learn something .

The world is bigger than asking Philadelphia permission to talk to a guy who’s already worked for you.
I thought for sure that Kubiak would be a head coach candidate after that game. He demolished us. But time makes fools of us all.

A good name to keep in mind though. Even if it's as an OC candidate.

I think Moore has learned in his time in Philly of what a good run game does for you and hiding your QB's inefficiencies. He likely builds an offense around a strong o-line and run game, along with what he already was successful with in Dallas. This pick could work in a lot of ways, he got CeeDee Lamb out of his shell in those first 3 years making him a better playmaker every year with opportunities.
Same,,, being in Philthy is a good thing for him. Not sure about him standing up to Jerry or him being a leader of men, looks a little too wimpy and lacking in charisma. Looks can be deceiving though...

Kellen Moore checks a lot of Jerry's boxes.

1. He's a former cowboy player and coach. So there is a comfort and familiarity which is very important to Jerry.

2. He's cheap. Jerry could probably land him for less than MM money.

3. Dak likes him.
Hed have to be stupid to come here

Why would top tier coaches want to coach here when you are inheriting a declining mediocre QB who's also the highest paid player in history, no running game, holes all over the team, defense is putrid?

This team is in a hard rebuild they just haven't called it that yet.
