Who should the Cowboys hire as Head Coach?

If not Deion, then find a HC who can bring a different offensive philosophy. And lord knows they need a lot better players, so they better go "all in" for real, else Washington and Philly are going to surge past the Cowboys over the next few years.

Nope, JJ and Deion would stand side by side and take media questions. LOL Again, a pure ratings blitz...

Deion would simply need to find/lure NFL-level talent as coordinators...and let them do all the work. All he would have to do is manage the game well, convince JJ to improve the roster at every turn, and then talk to the media (with JJ of course ).

This is accurate. I noticed this during the pregame shows this year. He likely doesn’t have the desire, let alone the stamina, to do this job anyway.

Because he has not coached since 2021, the last time a team he coached made the playoffs was in 2007. He has a career record of 117-112 as a HC. What exactly makes this guy a great HC? McCarthy is a way better coach then Gruden
