Who wins the Cooper Rush sweepstakes this offseason?

I think the NFL learned from the Matt Flynn contract not to give QBs like Cooper Rush a big contract based on a few good games as a starting backup QB.

after watching him play 2x against philly this year, I'm not sure I would describe a Cooper Rush signing as a win.

I think this is the year Cooper Rush will cash in and get a fat contract during the offseason. He’s done enough and there will be a team who will offer him 15-20 million a year to see if he can put them over the hump. He’s beyond earned it and I think congratulations are in order.

So, which team signs him ladies and gents?
I have a feeling that the only thing holding Rush back is Rush.
He's a millionaire and he's stable in Dallas. I doubt he wants to uproot his family for anything less than a guarantee that would make relocation worth it.
I doubt if he ever looked for any other team during his last opportunity to test free agency. Some guys prefer stability and don't care about the limelight.
Rush certainly could have gone elsewhere after his last stint as a starter if he wanted to compete, but going anywhere else would mean taking a chance that could end in disaster for his career, and if he's a family man he probably just wasn't interested.

The play Mingo blew by his defender and was grossly underthrown is why Rush isn't an NFL starter. Quinyon was roasted.

lmao no. He hasn't "Done Enough" for anyone to ever consider him for a starting job, especially one that will pay him 20m a year. He's a backup who can win games by not screwing up after the offensive game plan is cut down, that's it (like a good 90% of all nfl backup QBs). No one is gonna pay him because he beat the commies and some nobodies
