I think this is the year Cooper Rush will cash in and get a fat contract during the offseason. He’s done enough and there will be a team who will offer him 15-20 million a year to see if he can put them over the hump. He’s beyond earned it and I think congratulations are in order.

So, which team signs him ladies and gents?
Don't see how getting that high of a contract since it's clear that Cooper Rush needs a team with a defense who can always hold opposing teams to 20 points or less. And QB hungry teams are looking for QBs who can at least can be reliable enough to have an offense average around the mid twenties when it comes to scoring. A team would really have to have a solid, strong shut down defense, in order for them to gain confidence that Rush could start for them for an entire season.

Yeah. There are a few low football IQ posters that agreed with the OP. I just can't believe people who claim to watch football, are really that dumb.
I generally skip over their posts. Why read them?

I love me some Cooper Rush. Great story, freakishly good head for the game. But no arm. He's strictly a backup, but that doesn't mean I can't like him and root for him.

Some people just post whatever the first thing that pops into their brain without really thinking it over. Rush is not a nfl starting caliber qb.

I like and root for Rush as well. I'm proud of his efforts and what he's helped us do at times while he was out there.

But the delusion of playing ability vs Dak's ability not his fault.

There was even a certain poster here that I will allow to remain nameless who said that he believes Rush has the ability to be top 10, an All-Pro and a MVP candidate like Dak did.

Drugs man... drugs are destroying the brain cells of many people.

Man, you should not engage in convos w/ anyone who would say/believe that. They will drag you down.

Haven't you ever noticed that most good posters mostly avoid the Dak threads? They're mind numbing.

They first have to look to see if they have the Eagles on their schedule for next season before they start lining up. lol

I kind of find those threads enjoyable for that reason though. It was like the game thread where someone was talking about the "great" Rush throw where there was a wide open WR on 3rd down and he still almost overthrew it (would have been a hospital ball had there been any coverage whatsoever). Pointing that out they came back with "well it was a great read" as though spotting a wide open WR is some great feat. Knowing how harsh they are on Dak I find the cognitive dissonance to be entertaining.
