I don’t even need blockbuster. Just add reasonable players that will help. Give me Mecole Hardman and A’Shon Robinson or Andrew Billings and I’m a happy camper going into the draft.

I think you have to bring the draft into play. There are, according to the experts, only 15 guys that really warrant 1st round grade. Knowing that 4 QBs will go top 15 and actually now talk about a fifth could be also. In theory, all elite would be gone by 26.

Figure most WR and CB gone but would go for a TE or RB in first. Yes maybe an OL guy although could see that more with slight trade down.

Just think the big deal coming is going to be a WR in a trade of some sort.

Those are excellent points my friend, if they want a starting caliber WR then it almost has to be through trade or free agency because there is not going to be much left at 26.

The most expensive positions tend to get picked first, so QB, WR, CB, Edge, and OT are probably all going to be picked first.

So that will leave HB, TE, OG, and maybe Safety...............so odds are our 1st round pick is going to be from one of these positions.

Hard to not believe a let down is coming after a good day by the front office yesterday but I'm holding out hope.

The Cowboys desperately need another WR weapon and I think Hopkins is the best player available (sort of available but via trade) but I don't want the Cowboys to give up a draft pick for him.

I'd rather sign a FA like OBJ, Mecole Hardman or DJ Chark, although Chark is a long way down the list in my book.

please dont use the word desperate we are not in that area that was 2018 before ac trade.. we have a CLEAR starter #1 in Lamb , Gallup will be year removed with full camp from his acl and I fully expect him to be back to normal, so desperate, umm not even close.. that what fans think.. they can being in payer like Chark JUJU or similar and be ok at 3 to replace Brown.


Fans feel desperation for no good reason IMO yes a Vet wr and maybe draft anther is necessary to finish out that wr room BUT DHOP, cooks all cost draft picks and a but too much money,. unless they are willing to rework ther deals and make them a smaller base like 10mil like JUJU 3 years 33 but incentives to earn a lot back , im cool with that.,it makes no sense to bring in a WR that cost pick and 18mil per as a 2A or 3rd options. ther are panty of other guys left. NE chose JUJ over the rest for good reason and so we should also be careful in our choices.

im in the no trade side go after a true FA that available now or soon to be cut , the teams are far from finished cutting players. truly ill wait until after the draft to see what we get at WR and then see who else becomes aviailable. 6 months to game 1 this is process of building roster all the way until week 1 and until the trade deadline yet fans seem to be in hurry to make it all happen week 1 of FA.. slow down..
