I don't think any QB is playing at an MVP level this year. Purdy was the favorite, but after last night, he shouldn't be anymore. It's either McCaffrey, or should be awarded to a defensive player this year

McCaffery for me also. Dude can do it all. Has 14 rushing TD's on the year, 1300+ rushing with a 5.4 average per carry not to mention 500+ receiving yards on top of that.

That's why I don't think any QB should be MVP, he has 19td and 7 ints, those aren't MVP numbers
No QB has really stood out consistently week after week. Tyreek Hill’s been great but an injury has limited him the past two games. McCaffrety has a shot. The MVP race is wide open but despite Jackson’s low TD numbers he may have taken the lead in the MVP race with his performance last night on the road against a great SF team. He does have more passing yards than he did during his MVP season in 2019 and his team has the best record in the league.

It's a two week audition.

Lamar vs Dak vs Tyreek vs McCaffery

I think Purdy is out after this bad game (prisoners of the moment) and McCaffery will steal votes.

Still blows my mind how Panthers gave him to SF for next to nothing. You don't think he could help a rookie QB? I don't get teams sometimes.

Dak just lost two in a row and stunk in one of them he is out. You don't give MVP to someone who gets the #5 seed especially when the division was very winnable but we choked.

I think Dak is out the race, but these last two nationally televised games that he struggled, they will definitely hold that against him

The 2023 NFL MVP race took a wild turn following Week 16 as the Baltimore Ravens' Lamar Jackson became the favorite, via BetMGM, as his team knocked off Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers on Christmas night.2 hours ago

I think it made sense. They weren't winning with him. He is expensive and got hurt every damn season... til he got to San Fran. I think SF rolled the dice and it came out "7".

No defensive player is playing all that great either. Biggest standouts have been McC and Hill.

I really could care less.

If Dak balls out the next two weeks and we win both games, I think he has a strong chance.

Before last night everyone was picking Purdy.

Then last night everyone in a Ravens uniform picked Purdy so now the favorite is Lamar Jackson.

I think it has to be McCaffrey. Take him off that team and I don't think Purdy would have been in the conversation for it.

Yeah Micah was considered the favorite for DPOY just two weeks ago despite not having many sacks lately.
