I know this started a few years ago, but who chose white when blue couldve been used instead? I honestly dont care for them waving towels, let the stealers have that, but if you have to then wave blue instead of white.

lol, I hadn't thought of that. We don't want to give the impression we're surrendering!

Who cares what color...why not silver or gray then.

they usually have a company logo on them, so it's an advertisement. So maybe this company puts them out and white is cheaper to use. Who knows.
I have several of them, but they are put away.

Also white is easier to see and notice. So a dark color towel would not be the same.

They use white because our home Jerseys are white I would assume. Don't they refer to it as white out?

The rangers also have used white towels. I have one they handed out.

Best game I've ever been to

my 3 favorite games I've been to were the

1. Greenbay NFC championship when Troy hit Harper for that long 97 yard TD I believe it was.
2. 94 Thanksgiving game against KC when Dale Carter got ejected
3. 2011 SF game when Romo punctured his lung

I hate the towels, and I hate them even more because they're white. It looked like the entire stadium was surrendering. The steelers stupid towels are annoying, but it was their idea. We look silly as hell waving the white ones. At the very least, they should've alternated white/blue towels every other seat. That would've been a little better.

But what would they be surrendering?

Then it would look like someone blackened out some teeth...LOL...
The dark towels, no one would notice.
Need to be visible. Maybe it will take a little while to catch on. Did the terrible towels take off right away. Depends when they were introduced. If while they were building, then maybe not. But after they already won, then people will catch on and use it right away.

But now teams want to use this method and can't blame them. Who are we to say it didn't work, they won, so maybe it helped...LOL...
