Why always last minute?

Great entertainment!! JJ said he brings a great show.

I understand business and sometimes you have to say good bye to good people or occasionally you are unsure of what is the best decision but why do we have to always be the last ones in making these decisions?

We know when FA starts, is it too much to ask to be proactive? We knew we weren't going to keep Ware at his current salary, why wait until the deadline? We know when we draft rookies and when training camp starts but almost every year we are pushing the deadline to get everyone into camp. Romo know what the play clock is, but he waits until it winds down to get the play off?

It starts from the top, making late decisions and filters to the team. Or its just the Cowboys loving the drama! Drives me nuts, ha..

Come on Cowboys, let's get it together, die hard fan no matter what even if I know we (fans) deserve better.

Um, are you not in the business world? 90% of deals get done right before deadlines. It's just how it works. Oh, and a lot of your post is just nonsense -- the Cowboys have always been one of the better teams about getting rooks into camp.

And like the AOL/Time Warner deal, many of those deals fail miserably when one side simply feels pressured and caves in because they drug their feet until the deadline.

Iffin that is the best you can do fer a response, you lose.
Next time, try logic, examination of the facks and historical presidence and not your tired responses.

I think we agree on this topic Gimme iffen I understanding you correctly.

I am far from extreme. I just expect more positive results than many fans considering the resources spent on this team.

Of course you are.

Love,
Sean Connery

So is there some correlation between the timing of business decisions, and when Romo says "hut"?

I'm not following you.

There really is not any benefit for the Cowboys to cut Ware today. Unless they are targeting someone in FA and need the cap room. Otherwise it does not help the team. If anything they could gain leverage by holding on to Ware if they really want to resign him to a lower salary.

Who the heck cares about getting a bunch of injuried guys into a minicamp on time?

Could it have been they were trying to work a restructure/pay cut and then for all parties involved a roster cut was the the way to go to allow Ware to find another team early in the FA.
