Cuz he's partly responsible due to his two moronic lob passes to Ed Reed and he also missed two wide open passes for TDs.

Romo is always thinking about the homerun play. That's his main weakness (in addition to fumbling far too much). He doesn't realize that an incomplete pass or a 3 yard gain is sometimes a very good thing. He's too consumed with the big play.

We need a coach who can control that in him not feed him more about doing that like our current staff is doing. I like Romo, but he needs a good coach to control him error prone tendencies

Bill Parcells tried to do that and most people here wanted BP gone because of it.

Notice how the only time we ever moved the ball is when we were in 2 minute/audible mode and the playcalling was taken out of Garrett's hands and into Romo's calls at the line ... only then did we see Patrick Crayton start to get the ball in the intermediate routes from the slot, like I've been waiting for for three weeks.

:hammer: :hammer: :hammer:

Ed Reed was playing 50 yards off the ball yet they still running TO deep...Garrett wake the **** up start calling some slants crossing routes and FYI you don't have to go no huddle in the last two minutes....We should open up the Philly game in the no huddle and see how teams respond to that ****.

Romo just needs to be more consistant......In Big games He has to step up. How many statement games does this guy need?

Jus go out there and get it done. End of story, there isnt a nice way to put it. You either go out there and perform or You Fold.

Well the offense folded for 3 1/2 quarters. I guess they can call it even.

If it truely took them 3 quarters to figure out who were backers and who were ends then it was the preparation by the OC that folded, IMO.

Ravens = Elite defense and we had Proctor at LG of course they would struggle....defense has no reason to give up 34 points to the ravens offense.

If The offense would of done anything the prior 3+ Qts the defense wouldnt of had to be on the field running on Fumes

If they D could of stopped the vaunted Ravens offense this wouldn't even be a discussion....oh wait....we can go back and forth all you want the facts still remain this team has been carried by Romo more times then not. The D had 3 good games this season and went back to their old ways in the 2nd half. Nice fumble recovery Hamlin......

The Ravens are good on defense, but not elite. They have a starting CB and safety on IR. We drove the ball with ease on that first drive, until Romo threw that INT that wasn't in the same zip code as the WR. He had no reason to throw that pass, we were moving quite well before that. last I checked, the defense is the reason why we had the ball at the Ravens 4 yard line, leading to a TD. Romo then proceeded right before half, to throw a pic to Reed again, setting the Ravens up to get in FG position. Those 2 throws didn't cost us the game, but they changed the flow of the game, especially the 2nd INT. Throw in the fact that he had like a rating of 10 going into the 4th quarter, and missing a WIDE OPEN Miles Austin.....

Romo, JG and Hamlin (2 big runs, missed fumble recovery) should be shouldering A LOT of the blame.

And in 3 huge games this year, Romo has been invisible for 7 1/2 quarters (pitt & Ravens).

Why are you making excuses for the offense? Are you saying We dont have a Elite Offense?

because last time I checked We are supposed to be one of the best offenses in the league. If We cant do jack in 3 1/2 Qtrs then that's a problem. Throwing up ducks and just playing like TRash isnt acceptable. Finally getting something one when the game was almost over isnt saying anything. the Defense was runnign on FUmes, just like they were the first meeting against the Giants where the offense was inept.

But he still made the plays when they mattered and still put us in a position to win the game and actually gave us a chance to win...

Romo was invisible against the Steelers? what a joke we were winning the whole game moving the ball well until Holland gets hurt and the defense folds in the 2nd half again.

The defense gave up 34 points to a terrible offensive team. Once again they didn't finish.

That's the key, we were winning up until he threw the boneheaded interception.

You are correct, the defense really let the team down but Tony Romo was invisible for most of the night.

Joe Flacco was sacked more than Tony Romo was and he didn't throw any interceptions.

Furthermore, a great case could be made that maybe if the Tony Romo and everyone on the Offense would have been playing better, the Ravens are in Pass Mode as opposed to Running Mode when they flatout embarrassed the Defense not once but twice.

Also, people need to realize just because you criticize Tony Romo doesn't equate to rooting against him.

To answer the question in the thread: When we have no turnovers, we win the game.

We tend to do pretty good when we don't give up two 70+ yard TDs back to back in the last 4 minutes too.

hey choke ..... and it's time to run Romo out of town? Fine. Go ahead. Let's go with a journeyman QB who throws for 175 yards a game and the 75 QB rating and just tell him to not make a mistake and we'll lean on this defense to win the game for us in crunch time and see where we go ... we got a preview of it Saturday Night (and three other games this season Romo was out).

Romo didn't play well until the Baltimore defense loosened up at the end and he turned the ball over three times. Against a team with a not very good offense the #1 thing to avoid is turnovers.
