Why Are People Freak'n Out Over Preseason Games?

Game in game out it's the same thing people putting to much stock in preseason games and complain how bad the players and coaches are.

For the knowledgeable fans know to take these Preseason games with a grain of salt, so to speak.

These games mean nothing! These games are NOT for the veterans, the vets have OTA's and training camp to get in a groove. These games are for the rookies and guys that are on the bubble for a roster spot.

It's amazing how stupid so become with threads that suggest that after a 13-3 season this team all the sudden can't play and the coaches can't coach.

I have no problem with having your opinion out there but...... so of the over the top threads whining about a game that means nothing.

We all need to have keep some prespective with the preseason games. All Cowboy fans should just be happy that we come out of these games without injury to our main guys.

We haven't seen our team play since January. We've read all offseason about our new acquisitions and look forward to seeing our established players play again.

We finally get to see them in action (yes, it's "practice" but you still want to see your team succeed) and they fall flat.

You get a little down.

Cool. Look, Hanah, Adam Jones, Miles Austin, Special Teams were all positive things that we were not sure of last week.

I see your point that we haven't seen the Cowboys play since last year but last week this offense went on an 8 play 54 yard and a TD against a very stout defense in the Chargers.

Look, I think the Cowboys players and coaches goals are the same NO INJURIES!!!! The Cowboys may also be a little tired after all the travel, no excuse but it's tough to travela nd play in the Mile High stadium.

Come the regular season this team will be ready.

That game was good for one half.

We let almost let it slip away in the second. We lost our nerve with their WRs.

The last complete game we played was our second gamevs the Giants.

Whats funny is that if the Cowboys had won these 2 games, people would be saying that BASED ON WHAT THEY SAW, the team is going to win the super bowl.

No matter what, there will always be fans who put too much stock into the pre-season games whether they win or lose.

I would like to see less penalties, more pressure on defense, better run blocking, and finally better pass coverage. i feel we did a much better job on ST tonight....but we still have to keep improving in the area.

Lowber needs more reps. I wish we could have seen him in San Diego.
