Miami signed OG Danny Watkins. Giants are working out OT Zebrie Sanders (Bills 5th rounder last year) and OT Steven Baker today. DT Kyle Love (ex-Patriots starter) working out for SEA today.

Yet, radio silence in Dallas. Aren't we kicking the tires on any OL or DL?

Because we have the 53rd man in our.pocket it just hasn't been announced yet.

Patience...

So the Seahawks are working out DL's and we aren't? Can anyone make sense of that?

I counted three teams.

Three teams isn't quite the same as "only team" not working out players. Close, though.

Look at the guys named by the OP too, there is a reason they were cut. Watkins is like 35 in his 3rd yr in he NFL & Sanders is the 2nd coming of Alex Barron.

Why do people want news just for the sake of making news?

Here's food for thought: if a player is readily available right now, it's probably a strong indication that they're not good enough to make a 53 man roster.

Not really worth a reply, but I cited only 3 examples from today's news, not every team that's brought someone in or signed one since Saturday's cuts.

Maybe because we did our homework on these busters already, and deemed them not really value to the team? we aren't bringing in guys off the scrap heap to start, or be a primary back up, Because those kind of players aren't on the street. If we bring in someone it will be to play special teams, or for some other role. hence not working out scrubs just so the fanbase can be happy.

Yea, not so much. If we are weak where other teams are strong (OL & DL), there are always free agents available right after 53 cutdown that you can improve your roster.

Because Garrett likes to work secretly on the DL behind the scenes. You don't think they are talking to players agents right now on the phone? We will either negotiate a deal or we will not, but they are trying....

Did we do homework on Livings and Bernadeau?

I hope you are right. But Garrett said that Bosworth was the only player they put a waiver claim in on. I am hoping that does not mean they are satisfied with the state of the OL & DL. Maybe they are waiting until next week to sign a vet. That would make me feel better. But doing nothing is unacceptable, in my opinion.

If we don't get somebody it's probably because we didn't have cap room or they weren't worth the money...

Those other teams don't have a 70 year old GM with the brain of a 40 year old, who also has a "secret sauce!"
