Listen pal, I've been a fan of this team since 1975, played college football with Jerry Jones Jr., went to every 90's Cowboys Super Bowl, & now do college scouting. I've forgotten more about football and this team than you will ever know.

Yeah well, I'm the Easter Bunny, which trumps everything you said.

Yes. And that's certainly possible. But unless they plan to sign a vet at OL or DT after week 1, I do not think they have done enough in this post-53 cut period to churn the DT/OL part of the roster. Just never thought that guys like Arkin, Weems, Cohen, Bass, Hayden would all be on the final 53. Hope I'm proven wrong.

Well, Hayden is our starter right now, and he's played well enough to earn it. Cohen and Bass have also played well enough to get playing time. These guys are better than any of the guys out there right now. If you see a NAME that was a high pick or used to be good, there's a good reason they are on the street right now. Weems and Arkin are a different story though and probably the 51st and 52nd players on the team.

Now it looks like we signed Waters, which should be a huge upgrade on the OL. I'm a little concerned with our DL at this point, but the idea that we've been quiet since final cuts is a little crazy. We've already picked up a LB and traded for two other guys, (both may project to DL). That's not radio silence.

Dang! See... I was totally impressed with that other guy, now here you come and drop the nuke, waving your cowboy hat as you sit atop the falling bomb.
Kudos, Easter Bunny.
Kudos. I was never able to find all the eggs, no matter how clever, or thorough I thought I was... Every darn year...

I think we are still going to see some moves next week. I don't think they want to pay a guaranteed salary right now. Even with Waters, they have agreed to terms but I doubt he is officially signed. I think we bring in a defensive lineman in next week.

because Jerry Jones had plans, lol i can't believe it but they actually had a plan, signing Brian Waters and trading for a promising DE Cesar Rayford
