Why are we winning this year with the loss of so many stud players? Is it Elliott? Yes. Partly at least!

Is it the lack of offensive turnovers this year? Yes. At least partly.

Is it a reinvigorated Mo, who is playing like the player we thought he could be when we drafted him? Check. No doubt.

Is it the play of a rookie QB that is playing better than any rookie in the history of the NFL? Well, Yeah!

Is it the best offensive line in football with the best offfensive like depth in football? No doubt!

It so because the receivers are stepping up at key times, and displaying a next man up mentality? Yep.

Is it improved offensive play calling? Yes. After a too conservative game 1, the play calling has gotten much better over the past 4 games.

A lot to like so far about this team. You have to give some credit to Jerry Jones and Red Ball for putting together a talented team.

I don't think the problem was with play calling in game 1. I think Dak has gotten better since then. He's seeing things he didn't see in game 1 IMO. And Zeke didn't look the same in game 1 as he does now, because of virtually no preseason work and limited time in training camp. I think the difference is in the players, not the plays.

Offensively, The return of Leary has made this line unmovable

Defensively, Mo's resurrection makes Byron Jones skill set relevant. Many times there was no place for Dalton to throw when he had good protection

Also, Lee is actually still playing at this point of the season

Less penalties in the red zone is a big difference as well. The offensive line is staying disciplined and doing its thing, which is avoiding negative plays.

That is true without a doubt. He wasn't really looking downfield in the first game. He seems to see the filed much better now.

Spot on. The penalty bug has been the scourge of this team for a long time. Keeping Ed Hocules from calling our games would be beneficial.

2 words, Dak Prescott, the team is following his lead and playing better, and they know they can win with him.
They have to like the winning after all the losing last year.
I think Daks attitude, is that of a winner, and it is rubbing off on the other players.

Dak, Zeke, many less turnovers, and red zone TDs instead of FGs. Then add in a better rested defense not having to defend short fields after Romo turnovers.

This backup QB is better, and will be the future
This run game is better...Zeke is a beast and Morris is good too
This defense is better.
More turnovers,
improved secondary
More pressure
The play calling is better too

Plus, all of the teams that they've played have 2-3 losses in only 5 games.

In any case, 4-1 is sweet!

It looks alot like 2014 so far.
