I have to call bullcrap on this post. I am sure there are women out there who saw a friend get a boob job and said "wow, Suzy looks great... maybe I should get them as well..." Or if "Suzy" was natural, still come to the same conclusion.

In my professional experience, and yes I know this is anecdotal but there are a lot of studies that support my point, I have made the following observations:

Men have no problem working for men managers
Women have no problem working for men managers
Men have no problem working for women managers

but...

A woman working for another woman? Meow and look out! Doesn't take long for the queen bee syndrome to come into play.
