He actually cried when I told him one of his Christmas presents was tickets to see the HoF enshrinement in 2010(counting on Emmitt to get in on the 1st ballot!)![]()

It made me reflect on just how long I've been a fan and curious as to why other people love and follow this team. It was kind of natural for me being born and raised in Dallas. I remember going to Texas Stadium on a elementary school trip and meeting Tom Landry and Roger Staubach. We met other players, but even as a child I could sense that there was something genuine and great about those two men. I've lived and cried with them every since.
Why do you follow the Cowboys?

. I could have easily been a Bongles' fan but fate fell in my favor. He use to send me all kinds of gear from cleats, lamp shades, to pencils. I can still remember my first Cowboy's jacket, very rare in Louisiana; I have been a boys fan ever since.
