Why aren’t many talking about the D?

All the talk after the SFO loss has been about how bad Dak dnd MM are, but why isn’t there more talk about how bad the defense was? Even if the offense played well, they weren’t scoring 40 points that the defense gave up. Defense couldn’t stop nothing on Sunday night both run/pass and had so many penalties that extended drives. Where was the pass rush, where were the turnovers?

Because most were promoting the D and don't want to admit they were wrong. Parsons also.

then a 6 minute drive.

Coach's scheme > player preparation > player execution > Coaching adjustments. The breakdown happened early. You have to play a nearly perfect game, start to finish, against elite teams. 49ers are close to elite. If you fall behind, you are toast...Texas toast.. I'm still not sure that this team or Dak is built to come back from a deficit.
