Why Deion wouldn't work in Dallas

Players would play under Deion. He’d change the culture for the team and fans. He changed Colorado in two years. He surrounds himself with talent, good coaches, and high expectations, and he has some incredible relationships with players from all eras of the league and across sports. Jerry would have to give him full control.

As a CU alum I am hoping he stays at CO, I'd like to see what he can do without Shedeur.

I’m sure you probably know they signed a five star QB away from USC today.

coaching father son duo's is not a first and it has worked plenty at all levels....A father HC coaching his son QB on an NFL team..thats a diferent thing all together again what happens when CD goes off on Shadud and Daddy gets in the middle of it?

Deion will not solve the problem here and i think he knows it. I dont think he would take the job to be honest, he knows Jerry pretty good and knows things will not change while Jerry is driving the ship.
