i do not under stand why it took so long.

it have been obvious from a long, long time ago that he is not a "franchise" qb in the sens that he does not elevate any one. wich is what you HAVE to have a franchise qb do when you give them a big % of the salary cap.

dak have NEVER, EVER, EVER elevate the team around him. he have been a passenger from day 1 and he never evolve past it. he is dependent on every one else to make him look good that is a FACT and u can not deny that any more

i have been saying it for YEARS because it was so obvius i bet if u look back now u can see it also.

look at caleb williams

look at jaden daniel

they ELEVATE

this is not a thing in the same sens but the aura around the bears and commander is different u can feel it that is what a franchise qb does

dak is not a franchise qb he never have been and he never will be but i just do not get why only a couple people could saw it before this year
Been screaming that for years! Now that I hate the team it's enjoyable to see him exposed for who he really is. It's a sunny day today. Could care less they got stomped. Dak and Jerry deserve this. The funny thing is at least the defense is missing its best players so they had an excuse. What's Daks excuse?

If your QB can't get to at least a conference championship game after 8 years then he's not the answer. Whether that's fair to himself or not...it just proves that either the QB is not good enough and/or they cannot build a good enough team around him.

The GM failed to make the right decision on this and it's going to haunt the team for years.

Would the score be worse if Lance had started the game? Just asking…
Mahomes probably doesn’t change that score. We couldn’t stop them, recievers got no seperation, line couldn’t block, couldn’t cover them, could tackle them, couldn’t run

lol 'franchise QB' - whatever that means.
He has been ranked as a top 10-12 QB by experts for a few years now. Whether that's good enough or not depends on the team around the QB.

The truth is hard for some to take. Better quarterback play changes everything. Dak will always have a high completion percentage cause he’s the king of the short pass. They try to hide him but you can’t against a good defense.

There is only 2 or 3 of those guys that are vets...arguably 1.

The others(Daniels, Stroud) are young and the jury is still out.

Its supply and demand...you have to pay average QB's in this league.

This topic is old.

Average QB's get paid the same as All-World QB's. Can you please provide a solution to the issue without contradicting yourself or using an excuse that is clearly not something practical?

Since getting his quarter of a billion to play QB, Dak hasn't played even one stellar game. A couple of mediocre outings and some real stinkers.

Because he is.

Franchise QB does not mean "can win with no talent around him."

I've been saying this since 2016 and repeatedly bashed for it- to the point my threads are monitored and have to await moderators approval before they can be seen.
The reason is all of the family, friends and employees of Dak and his agent who join every site such as this and push out propaganda to gullible fans.
The NFL is big money now, and not everything is as it seems. You might think you are posting with friends, but you are posting with paid employees a great deal of the time who know that hyping a player means money in their pockets.
That's why they post stats, lie, and do whatever else is necessary to keep their supported player seem as if he is the only real answer.
I’m betting your posts and threads are monitored because of weird conspiracy theory posts like above. You’re the Dale Gribble of this board

He hasn't been since he came back from injury and lost the ability/courage to run the ball. He's had a handful of REALLY good games since then against really good teams. And that's it. And Jerry just made him the highest paid player in the NFL.
Yes. That was indeed THE transformative event, and line of demarcation, in Dak's career. He has played with the huge liability of that little bit of fear ever since.
