He pinned us deep in our own territory and could've backfired on us .
Punting from the end zone . Not good.
Ya it drove me nuts.

Too conservative....at least get us some breathing room before going down.

It seemed to me like he had a college moment......could not advance the ball. And by the time he realized he could run, it was too late. At least that ran a bit more time off and it was too late for Rams to come back. I knew the offense was going to go 3 and out by being conservative.

Meh. There are many other things to complain about than getting a interception. Even if it is inside the 5. At least it kept the Rams from scoring.

Malik has imo give Dan Quinn license to do what he's doing .

Hes a true centrefielder, with range and ball skills that we've not had I a long long time.

He plays scared like this coaching staff. No1 on this team wants to make a play except for pollard and micah

too many things can go wrong trying to get up off the turf to advance the ball, injury, turnover. At that time there was like 4 minutes left even with 3 unsuccessful runs and a punt the possession eats almost 2 minutes off the clock and Rams have to score 2 TDs in 2 minutes.

Yup, acted like he thought the game was over on that pick….lack of awareness. I was yelling at the screen.

He should have advanced the ball. It was a boneheaded play.

Wrong.

Too much a risk to turn the ball over, when you're up two scores.

There is risk in every play. The only difference Is that by going down he passed on his risk of fumbling the ball on to another player on another play and left us with poorer field position than we could have had.

I was yelling this at the TV. I know it was because he didn't want to risk turning it back over, but he had lots of room to run, and could have just stayed along the sideline. He could have put usbin a pickle, but everything worked out in the end.
