only thing I don't like about Garrett is that he tries too hard to make our passing game a vertical one, even if the vertical looks aren't open, so he doesn't go to what will work, the short-intermediate game, take for example Washington, we could have used some slants to open up the middle of the field, it would have taken some defenders out of the box in the running game
hopefully he'll become more flexible in his play-calling philosophy as he gains more experience
