Remember JJ Watt getting burned by that
And that came after at least two back surgeries. Romo was magic.

Dak has used it on occasion. Most memorable was his TD in OT last year to a wide open Witten. And of course Roger made a living with spin moves...this his nickname.
I think Vick had a better spin move. But I don't think Vick could do as much as Romo with Gurode's bad snaps. That ball going over his head probably still gives Tony nightmares.
Don't think even Roger had as many escapes as Tony.
It is a good move not hard to learn so why do other quarterbacks not use it at all.
did Tony copyright it or something?
I would like to see dak use it!
It's a basketball move. It's not just a spin move, it's a slight fake to get your opponent to commit his weight and momentum in one direction, so you can spin out of it the other direction. Romo was used to doing that in basketball against lighter and more agile defenders so doing it against players weighing a lot more and running in one direction was probably much easier for him.
That spin out of the JJ Watt sack is still awesome to watch
A QB who has awareness and pocket presence helps, not everyone has that innate ability.
See Kellin Moore on the first possession he was in this past weekend.
I forgot to wish everyone a Happy JJ Watt Day on August 8th (8-8).
Ah,ha!,,, another LEO, guess he's not that bad of cord wood splitter after allI forgot to wish everyone a Happy JJ Watt Day on August 8th (8-8).
