Why draft a RB?

in the offseason, jj and TT are gone
we will tender 1+3 for MBIII so he will be guaranteed to stay in dallas next year
we will get a RB in the draft with one first or the second round pick

next year, MBIII will have to prove that he can go the entire season as the featured back.

i love MBIII but i have my doubts. i think he brings great intensity and attitude to the offence (which should not be underestimated) but limits it in several ways such as speed, blitz pick up etc. in addition, he takes too many head on hits and has never (college or pros) been the only RB to carry the load on a team.

if he shows he can be the primary load carrier, we sign him late next season, if not, we have out future RB (the one we drafted)

If this is the case, I hope McFadden is a bust, although I highly doubt it...
If McFad went to NE, just stop playing the seasons for the next 5 years cause NE will be sweeping through the league with ease.
