Garrette has tendency to outsmart himself over and over again.

he wasnt used on kick off returns

he was used on one lone kick off return

like someone said 4 carries he recieved were to end the game.

from the start of the game felix was effective and like garrett has done with him since hes been here he sat him.

instead we saw barber recieve 8 carries and total i think only 14 yards. 8 of of which came on his longest run of the game.

another prime example of garrett not being able to adjust. instead of riding the hot hand and altering his game plan to fit felix in more. he as usual acts stubborn and keeps rotating him out for an injured and ineffective marion barber as his game plain entailed.

we were all saying in the game thread when the game wasnt completely out of reach where is felix? it was completly baffling why he wasnt being involved more

the homers and those who foolishly support garrett wont admit he didnt do well. to do so would be admitting their boy wonder didnt do a good job. it also opens criticism towards him and their support, as well as evaluation in his performance in big games againgst top tier teams

so theyll foolishly take a stance to defend something they know wasnt right.

im sure some of the credible sports writers and radio shows in the media will bring this up and touch on it.

its funny how those of us including myself can give props to jason for a game well called but most of his supporters can never point out or agree with anything he has done that was questionable.

its either their to much of a homer or dont want to add to the growing list of flaws which are building arguments againgst him
I really was starting to give Garrett praise after the 2 Philly whippings, but once he sees adversity, his mind freezes up.

I honestly wish they had held Barber out of this game due to injury and I hate to say it but I feel that way.

You have a crowd that's basically going insane, I mean it was crazy loud in there, so in order to take the air out of that crowd, you have to run it down there throats which we were doing until Garrett completely stopped.

Then having Witten block Allen, not ONCE, but twice in a row which the first play would lead to a 1 yard loss, and the second play leading to a sack fumble.

Empty sets when we're under heavy pressure? Audible pitch out to the slowest guy on our team? Deep drops most of the day, under a major rush?

I mean, this Garrett guy was the one who choked. Get someone in here who is tough under pressure and let that guy call plays.

He was the leading rusher for the team. Most carries and most yards. He had more carries and more yards than the rest of the team combined. He also caught 3 passes and no other RB caught even 1. He was used on Kickoff returns. No other RB was.

Myopia.

Yep. Amazing.
