Why have we not signed Richard Incognito?

I didn't know about the college problems till I posted this and had really forgotten about the golfing incident mainly because it only popped up when the Martin complained about being bullied. The guy has had enough talent to make a college career and pro career though. To me he just sounds like another personality disorder or immature grown up, nothing the Cowboys haven't ever had or probably already have on the roster now hiding in the closet. I can't take another year of knockin on doors to fill in for injuries. Sign him and get him some therapy for a season.

I think this goes beyond just typical problems that teams deal with. The guy has major issues that several of his coaches have tried to get addressed for years. It's easy to look at a player like Dez and see he had some things he needed to grow out of. A player like Incognito needs some serious therapy and probably needs to be kept off football fields, where his anger problems are fed.

I'm sorry, but some players just don't need to be playing, no matter how talented they are.
