Why haven't we already signed Josh as the OC?

Anyone from the useless BB coaching tree has been proven to be clowns. TB12 carried them all.

You do know that McDaniels was fired that year and John Fox finished out the season as the Denver head coach right? Ironically if McDaniels had not been loyal to Kyle Orton and started Tebow from the jump they probably don't start out 1-4 and they probably win the division going away and sail into the playoffs. McDaniels might still be the head coach out there!
Yes I did know that and that’s a point I didn’t think of , kind of funny JM took a long shot on TT and who knows. Is JM better than what we have who knows but I would say most likely.

I do wholeheartedly agree that McDaniel being the head coach would have been MUCH better for Tebow's development as a passer versus what Fox and Co. had him doing.. which was basically channeling Tommie Frazier and the Nebraska Cornhusker offense. It was never going to be sustainable but the Broncos could have won some games while Tebow refined his passing mechanics. But Elway got impatient and went out and got Manning .. which you couldn't blame him for.. That defense was ready to win! I just wish they would have kept Tebow around and let him learn those 2-3 years behind Manning. I believe their QB situation would have been in a lot better shape when Peyton retired than it ended up being!

Wasn't he with Pittsburgh for a spell but Ruthlessraper hated him and ran him out of town or am I thinking of another former Pats OC?
OC & QB coach with the Rams when they were in St. Louis. - - 2011

Would have been interesting but TT had shots with other teams I don’t think It was in the cards. He was a great QB in college but as most evaluators thought he didn’t have the passing ability.

The guy who won a PO game with Tebow, you know he has more PO wins than Sam Bradford the #1 overall pick and the same amount as Dak until last season. Tebow wasn’t a very good QB so you say he can’t help Dak? MM will sink or swim. JM will keep getting the big checks why would he want to come to Dallas
Josh McDaniels was fired after game 12 of the Broncos 2010 season___the record was 3-9.
Eric Studesville served as the interim HC to finish out the season___record 1-3.

John Fox became the next HC -- for the 2011 season.
The Broncos went 8-8, won the AFC West.
Hosted 12-4 Steelers - and upset them for the playoff win.
Yes, Tim Tebow was the Denver QB.
BUT JOHN FOX WAS THE HEAD COACH - not Josh McDaniels.

Broncos Running Back Coach Ed Studesville became the interim head coach to finish out the remaining 4 games of the 2010 season The record was 1-3.
Then John Fox was hired in 2011 as the new Denver HC.

Terrible HC, but topflight OC. Bring him in.
Did we sign Tom Brady? Because he's never done anything without Brady. Same for Belicheat. Garrett has a better resume than both of them without Brady.
