What makes him untouchable? I never hear that he's on the bubble. Deji Otolaye played in regular season games before and performed. Josh Thomas looks pretty good as well. Why!!!!

Because he is easily one of the top 3 corners on this team, has never missed a game and took a big paycut to stay in Dallas.

Exactly. Carr is a 2nd CB that looks bad when forced in the #1 CB role, but he will do well as the 3rd Corner on this year.

You saw Byron Jones making plays tonight too, everyone would have said it was crazy but our secondary could end up being a strength this year.

Easily top three based on what? Please don't say (coaches opinion). You said easily so tell me why. I'm curious. I see a guy who is an automatic completion when in man coverage who has no shot at getting an interception unless a ball is tipped. But yes, he's durable

Because of his coverage. You disagree. That's ok.

People really think he's a top 3 corner on the team? Lol wow. Nobody will give me specific reasons as to why though. Cute

He hasn't been worth the money, but I trust him more than Claiborne, I wouldn't cut him just yet.

Man stop it. What does he cover? What's the last play Carr ever made? Seriously.

Speed wr's give him big trouble. If he's not on those, he covers well. Doesn't make plays on the ball, but doesn't give up big plays. We just need a corner on this team to actually make a play.

Durability is literally his only asset. Anybody thinking he can (cover) is full of crap because they can't name one time he had a decent pass breakup so what the hell is he covering? He should be benched and let the young guys try to make plays.

Oh, he's a decent tackler when he wants to be

he gives up big plays as far as importance. Tight 4th quarter 3rd and 9 you better believe that's a first down unless the wr drops it. I remember Mo got hurt and Sterling Moore was better than Carr too but nobody would've said it before Mo's injury because coaches had Carr over Moore. nobody can tell me why Carr is better than Otolaye in 2016 other than Carr is ahead on the depth chart lol.

Well ya, no DL pressure the cb's are gonna give up plays.

Because we didn't bring anybody in and outside of oscan he's our best db.

He makes the team, but you gotta wonder if Olatoye can push him for a starting position, He's a big corner and matches up better against the bigger WR's in the league.

How dare you say that? Carr is (easily) top 3 on the team. Otolaye has no shot at all.
