Why Is Everybody So On Edge?

Everyone is always on edge here it’s par for the course. Posters on this board have been fighting with each other for years and it always intensifies when the Cowboys have a disappointing end to their season. It’s been a little more amped up here lately because Philly is in the Super Bowl. It’s added more venom to the hostility.

Bunch of old men posting here on the site.

A Good portion of them are balding which is depressing after years of having a beautiful head full of hair.

Most do not care for this time of the year when it is colder and it causes the old arthritis to make the joints hurt.

Some have some kids in the neighborhood that are constantly running on their property so they have to open the door and yell out....STAY OFF MY LAWN!

When they have to drive somewhere they have to deal with idiots going slower than them and maniacs driving faster than them.

As Bob Seger sang, todays music aint got the same old soul, they just need that old rock n roll.

Your favorite sports team poops the bed in the playoffs and you are now just waiting for the draft.

And last but surely not least...

Beg to differ. The majority of ridiculous posters aren’t the “Old Men” you refer to. They are the younger ones who have never seen the greatness that was the hallmark of this team AND the NFL. They are also the ones who are upset when someone disagrees with them .. you know .. kinda like all those who can’t make a point without immediately going personal. They have no experience, no history and no civility. When one can't formulate an intelligent argument - simply attack.

for the last 27 years all this team has to look forward to is the draft that's not even debatable. that's not hate that's facts

Been on the board since the Parcells days, and have been a fan since the 80’s…

Just my opinion— but I do not remember the hate being so strong until 3 primary things occurred:

1. Jason Garrett fatigue… 10 years of that movie did something to the fanbase

2. 27+ years of Jones Family Uber-Fatigue… We are literally doing the same thing over and over again yet expecting different results

3. Dak wally-pipping Romo, landing the top QB contract in Dallas history, and STILL choking in huge spots. I am not a Dak “hater” — I think he is a top 12 QB currently and can crack the top 10 with better play— BUT he has been a letdown in key moments and the fanbase expected more
