Why is everyone so quiet about Roy having 2 picks already?

Roy had a huge pick today too, it wasn't just any pick, it was one in their red zone. Him having Pat Watkins there all year too, is gonna be a huge help our safety duo is gonna be sweet for awhile

I believe Roy and Pat could be one heck of a safety tandem with both adding value to coverage. However, I don't see Pat "The Praying Mantis" Watkins being much of a ferocious hitter though. But man can he snatch those footballs out of the air.

I think Roy getting in better shape makes him a better player every year. When he came into the league and his first few years he was a bit out of shape compared to where he is now. For the college game he was fine and the OU coaches put him in position to be a great player. He wasn't usually in coverage at OU. But now he's in a lot better shape. He's a lot stronger and a lot faster. That makes his coverage a lot better.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Roy Williams is a PLAYMAKER. He makes things happen. He changes the game. You can't have too many guys like that on your team.

I can't believe how many fans were ready to sell this fella out last year because of his perceived lack of coverage skills. Newsflash, Roy is leading the team in picks, one a game, hell, he's the ONLY guy with interceptions.

Nice play tonight. Totally read the QB and jumped in for the pick. Maybe his critics will lay off him now that he's picking up those glorious interception numbers.

As Bill would say "he can play on my team". Roy, Terry & Ware .... the play makers. Week in and week out.

I agree with everything said about Roy.

I'd like to see Watkins get an INT. He dropped one at the end of the game in the end zone.

But his tackling has been surprisingly supurb. He doesn't crush people, but when he gets them, they seem to go down quickly and easily. I think he knows how to wrap people up. This is huge because often the FS is the last guy between the runner and the goal line.
